
Hi, I’m Laura. I live in Carmel, California with my husband Nicholas, our sons Julian and Gabriel, stepdaughter Seraphina, dogs Elliot and Lui, lizard Martin, and fish Supta and Supti. When I’m not busy being an Economics Professor and Mom, I like to experiment in the kitchen and the garden. As you will see, I think I’m more successful in the kitchen. I have Celiacs so the recipes you will find here are all gluten free. I am also a borderline diabetic so I tend to take that into account in my recipes too. I love to get the kids involved in cooking, this leads to lots of messy fun.
